Display Suite

Frasers Property Industrial and Winten Property Group are excited to announce the opening of the onsite Macquarie Exchange (MQX) display suite at Macquarie Park, following completion of demolition works in November 2020. With a prime vantage point overlooking MQX’s impressive construction site, the display suite offers an enticing overview of this ground-breaking new development which will provide a dynamic destination for workers and visitors alike.

A mere 18 kilometres north-west of Sydney’s city centre, Macquarie Park is undergoing a $15 billion urban renewal upgrade that will transform the area into Sydney’s second-largest CBD. MQX lies at the heart of this regeneration – an ambitious new ‘Community Business District (CBD)’ that is centred around four innovative commercial office buildings. The development will incorporate market-leading health and wellbeing facilities such as large outdoor rooftop and terrace breakout spaces, with accessible wifi and charging points.  An onsite gym and childcare centre is also envisioned to create convenience and promote work-life balance for workers.

The new display suite is located at 36 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, on the Macquarie Exchange site – at the doorstep of the convenient new Macquarie Park Metro Station, with trains arriving every four minutes during peak hour.

A detailed 3D model of the first building – MQX4 – and the Macquarie Exchange precinct is onsite for viewing. Our onsite café – a social enterprise and employee pathway program dedicated to empowering young people – successfully activates the Macquarie Park gateway, as MQX introduces retail laneways, along with green-filled public spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Please note, inspections at MQX are by private appointment only.

We look forward to welcoming you at Macquarie Exchange.
